It worked. I can do a lot of planning with my iPhone now. Happy.

Just hangs, never loads

Whenever you click an issue to view it, it just freezes and you have to kill the app.

Its kind of clunky, but still useful to have on iOS

This app is pricey and has many issues. Its hard to use and Im very well versed in Jira. Some views are terrible on mobile. You even have to pay more for push notifications! One of many issues.

Not only does the app cost money to get, the primary features you would be looking for in a mobile app are add-on services that cost more. I say wait for Atlassians version that is in beta now (only for OnDemand).

Doesnt work with Jiras SaaS solution at all. Dont buy.

Our company doesnt have any mobile add-ons for JIRA and trying to access it from my phone (before I purchased this app) was painful-definitely an eye chart too. After trying out a couple of free and paid apps, this is the one I landed on - its a keeper. Nightly, I go in to review my agile dashboard and check up on time logged for the day in prep for the next days stand up. I like that I can perform almost all of the same things that I can do on JIRA desktop (log work, assign issue, resolve /close issue, upload attachments). I like that I didnt have to look at any help / tutorial files in order to review and/or update any issues on my project. With a great UX - theres no need for help :).

There is a major bug after changing my jira password on pc I logged into the app "jira pro" and was unable to login due to wrong captcha entered for verification . I tried 17 different captcha word las this is not a mistake of uppercase lowercase letters in the captcha I verified 100 percent the entry was correct , but I was unable to get past the captcha to login.

This version is completely broken. You cant authenticate with Jira cloud. DO NOT BUY.

This is hands down the worst app I have purchased on the App Store. I spent close to $10 to get Professional with all the in app upgrades. 1) App does not recognize any Epics. 2) If there is a error in the form submission it erases all the entered form data. 3) if you dont use the Closed or Resolved name in you final transition you cannot filter out completed issues 4) its essentially just a web view. Boards look terrible on iPhone. 5) Developer doesnt answer support or refund requests. Do not waste your time!

Doesnt work with Jira Cloud. Great app but would be nice if you can set a default agile board like you can set a default project.

I like using this app and it seems well done, but when I log in with this app, I am logged out of my web browser session on my laptop. If find this so annoying, I dont use the iOS app.

Has great features and integrations with our tooling and even supports our agile board! Its just as useful on my iPhone as on a computer except that I cant copy and paste from giant log files on my phone (easily)... Still, its very easy to get productive work done with this app. Good value.

I was always extremely frustrated trying to work on my phone prior to this app. I love how easy it is to transition issues on my boards or process items in my service desk queues.
